Frame & Cut Media is the independent development, production, and post-production practice of Juan “Chelo” Garcia — a writer, director of photography, editor, and producer working across documentary and narrative projects.
The work spans three stages that are usually kept separate: writing the page, shooting the frame, and shaping the cut. Having all three under one roof means continuity from the first draft to the final export — fewer handoffs, fewer things lost in translation.
Recent work includes documentary production and cinematography for independent film projects, with development and post-production handled in-house from first draft through delivery.
